ABOUT FISHVAULT

FishVault is a family and Veteran-owned subscription box service that delivers curated fishing boxes to members across the U.S. every month. We feature top brands, from well-known industry leaders to hidden gems you might not find elsewhere.

Each month, you’ll receive a surprise collection of gear, and you keep everything. The value of each box always exceeds what you pay, typically offering $200-$300 in gear.

FishVault offers a Monthly ELITE Subscription, ELITE 365 Subscription, as well as the Bass University Monthly Subscription and the Bass University 365 Subscription.

We also have an online store featuring all the brands we trust, making it easy for you to find your favorite gear.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A FISHVAULT BOX?

Each FishVault box is loaded with premium fishing gear, including rods, reels, the latest baits and tackle trending in professional bass circuits, fishing line, and all the essential tools you need to rig up your gear.

You’ll also find items like flashlights, safety equipment, portable power, performance apparel, and other heavy-duty tools.

Every box delivers $200 to $300+ worth of curated gear.

ELITE & ELITE 365 SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

FishVault offers two subscription options: the ELITE Subscription and the ELITE 365 Subscription.

The ELITE Subscription is $160 per month and can be canceled at any time through your subscriber portal. 

The ELITE 365 Subscription is a 12-month commitment, with subscribers billed monthly. After receiving 12 boxes, you can cancel the subscription through your subscriber portal. 

ELITE 365 subscribers enjoy several additional benefits:  Save $10 per month, totaling $120 in savings over the course of the year.  Entry into exclusive giveaways that are only available to ELITE 365 subscribers.  New subscribers to ELITE 365 also receive a special welcome gift, these gifts change often and are available for a limited time.

Both ELITE subscriptions receive the same hand-picked items each month!

BASS UNIVERSITY vs BASS UNIVERSITY 365 SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

FishVault offers two subscription options for the Bass University Box: the Bass University All-Star Subscription and the Bass University All-Star 365 Subscription. 

The Bass University All-Star Subscription is $59 per month and can be canceled at any time through your subscriber portal. 

The Bass University All-Star 365 Subscription is a 12-month commitment, with subscribers billed monthly at $54 per month.  After receiving 12 boxes, you can cancel the subscription through your subscriber portal. 

Both subscriptions receive the same hand-picked items each month, which are curated by top Bass Fishing Professionals.  Each box includes lures, tackle, and other essential tools, paired with detailed video seminars that teach pro-level techniques and tactics. 

Bass University All-Star 365 subscribers also receive a special welcome gift when they sign up.

SUBSCRIBER PREFERENCES + CUSTOM BOXES

During checkout, all subscribers complete a brief survey that asks for details like fishing preference, shirt/jacket size, boot size, glove size, and birth month. This survey helps us better understand our community’s overall interests.

However, please note that we do not offer custom subscription boxes. While we use these surveys to guide our selections and make the boxes as relevant as possible, your preferences do not guarantee specific items. Our goal is to provide a curated experience that appeals to the broader interests of our subscribers.

SHIPPING

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Shipping in the continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States) is $9 for ELITE Boxes and store orders - and $5 for the Bass University Box.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO is $50 per shipment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (coming soon)

No international shipping at this time.

ELITE 365 WELCOME GIFTS / PROMOTIONS

If your subscription includes a welcome gift, it may either ship with your first box or separately, depending on the size or quantity of the gift(s). This means your gift may arrive before, with, or after your first subscription box.

WHERE IS MY BOX?

Once your box leaves our fulfillment center, we have limited control over delays caused by carriers, weather, or lost shipments.

To help prevent issues, make sure your name and address are correct by logging into your subscriber portal. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for reshipping missed boxes. If you need to update your address due to a move or error, please login to your subscriber portal to make the necessary changes. Our support team is always available to help via e-mail at support@huntvault.com. Updates must be made before the last day of the month to affect the next shipment.

Keep in mind that updating your address in your account only applies to future renewals—it does not change the address for orders that have already renewed or processed.

ORDER SCHEDULE, RENEWALS, ETC

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed between the 1st and the last day of the month reserve the following month’s box.

For example:  

• June 1 – June 30 reserves the July box

• July 1 – July 31 reserves the August box

• August 1 – August 31 reserves the September box  

Boxes ship around the 20th of each month. Depending on when you place your order, delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. All orders ship in one monthly batch, so after each renewal, your box may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.  

You’ll receive email notifications when your box is shipped and delivered. You can also log into your Subscriber Portal to sign up for updates via SMS messaging and check the status of your order at any time. 

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

All Subscriptions are set to automatically renew on the 20th of each month, starting after your first shipment.  

For example:  

• If you place an order on September 30th, you’ll receive October’s box and your subscription will renew on October 20th to reserve November’s box (unless canceled prior to the renewal date).

• If you place an order on October 1st, you’ll reserve November’s box, and your subscription won’t renew until November 20th.  

Please note, there may be instances where your subscription renews before you receive the current month’s box. This can happen when we’re shipping larger items or if packing takes additional time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel your ELITE Subscription at any time by logging into your Subscriber Portal or by emailing us at support@fishvault.com.

For ELITE 365 Subscribers: After receiving 12 boxes, you will have the option to cancel through your Subscriber Portal.

If you cancel after a renewal, the next month’s box—already reserved with payment—will still ship, and your subscription will end after that.

Please note, canceling a subscription after it has renewed does not automatically trigger a refund. If you need a refund, you must email support@fishvault.com, and requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
